Challenging workout to sculpt, tone, balance and stretch your body, involves use of magic circle, theraband and ankle bands. No appointment necessary, all levels welcome. — Class length: 60 minutes
The 45 Power Equipment Class
Experienced clients only class, mostly intermediate to advanced, quick pace, non-stop routine to upbeat music. Pre-registration recommended to insure space available, some walk-ins accepted, please call in advance if possible. — Class length: 45 minutes
Cardio Walk and Fitness Class
Get out & Get fit – all levels, strollers welcome. Fast walk (or jog) above harbor, workout on the stairs, plus lunges and arm workout in the park, back to studio for core work and stretching. — Class length: 60 to 70 minutes |
