The 45 Power Equipment Class
Experienced clients only class, mostly intermediate to advanced, quick pace, non-stop routine to upbeat music. Pre-registration recommended to insure space available, some walk-ins accepted, please call in advance if possible. — Class length: 45 minutes
Surf Mat - Step up
your Surfing Performance!
This class is specially designed for Surfers.
You will gain core strength, body awareness,
balance, coordination, flexibly and get long lean muscles.
You will also learn proper stretching to repair and release
tension in the muscles that tend to get over-used while
surfing.
